Orders will typically be shipped the next business day following placement, via APC Overnight (or Parcelforce to the Republic of Ireland). Occasionally we may use DX Freight to deliver large or heavy items within the UK. All parcels are fully tracked and you will receive an SMS message and/or email with tracking updates once the shipping label has been created and printed. APC overnight deliveries are usually attempted between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. DX Freight aim to deliver by 6:00 pm.

However, as we have limited influence on couriers once parcels have been collected from our warehouse and occasionally delays occur, we cannot guarantee delivery transit times. Accordingly, we are unable to accept any claims for ‘late delivery’ of orders. To avoid disappointment in the unlikely event of a delayed delivery, we strongly recommend orders are placed sufficiently in advance of the required time.
