If you wish to return a purchase for any reason, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected].
All return requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of goods and agreed in advance by email. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition, accompanied by the original sales invoice or order acknowledgement. Goods will not be eligible for refund if they are returned damaged.
We do not offer an exchange service.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, Robinson Wire Cloth are unable to arrange collection or cover the cost of return delivery and cannot assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen or mishandled. Therefore, please ensure you choose a tracked and signed for service to return your items and retain the tracking number for reference.
