Woven Wire Stainless Steel Mesh
Robinson Wire Cloth Ltd. stocks woven wire mesh in stainless steel as well as a range of other metals. These include mild steel, galvanised steel, brass, phosphor bronze, copper, monel and aluminium. We maintain stocks of stainless steel mesh, in a large range of mesh specifications. This includes both Type 304 and Type 316 stainless steel mesh. Our standard meshes have a plain weave; many of the finer meshes have a twill weave. Material is woven to international standards, using a range of standard wire gauges from 0.025 mm to 1.6 mm. Respective apertures range between 0.025 mm and 11.1 mm.
We also stock nylon and PVC-coated fibreglass mesh, as well as stainless steel mesh with a Dutch/Hollander weave. Our other stainless steel products include fly mesh, soffit mesh , rodent mesh, decorative mesh and beekeeping (Varroa) mesh. In addition, we also supply welded mesh and perforated steel plate.
Robinson Wire Cloth Ltd. has facilities for producing mesh cylinders and mesh discs. In addition, our custom products include bespoke mesh cutting. As such, this allows us to supply mesh panels, cut from our stainless steel mesh stocks, to customer specifications.
Sieve Remeshing of Tensioned woven mesh sieves
We manufacture tensioned mesh sieves and woven mesh screens, including hand sieves, to suit all types of screening equipment. This is due to recent investment in state of the art machinery and our large stocks of stainless steel mesh. We also supply ‘hook screens’ and ‘taped and eyeletted’ screens. As one of the few sieve manufacturers in the world today, we are supplying products globally and to a wide range of industries. We can supply sieve frames to fit standard sieve units from a range of leading manufacturers. In addition, we can fabricate stainless steel frames to bespoke requirements.
